My name is Connor Ashby. I am a qualified PGA professional, based at Beeston Fields Golf Club, a renowned club located in Nottingham.
I started playing golf at eight years of age, and over the years, held memberships at Maywood, Oakmere Park and Beeston Fields Golf Clubs. As a junior player, I qualified for the Derbyshire Schools Matchplay, the English School Finals and held the post of Junior Captain at Beeston Fields Golf Club.
I now play golf competitively and have achieved success in several amateur and professional events. As a golf coach I take pleasure in watching my clients develop their skills, whether they are picking up a golf club for the first time or an experienced golfer trying to get the best out of their game.

Individual Outdoor or Indoor Lesson
Take advantage of top-tier facilities at both Beeston Fields Golf Club’s outdoor practice area and Outtabounds’ indoor golf simulator in Beeston. These venues provide the perfect setting for year-round skill development. I also offer flexible adult and junior block lessons—book six lessons and only pay for five, giving you great value as you improve your game.

Individual On-Course Lesson
Enhance your swing mechanics and course management with personalized on-course coaching at Beeston Fields Golf Club. Sessions are available in 5, 10, or 18-hole formats, lasting approximately one, two, or four hours, giving you the time and experience needed to elevate your performance.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my lesson?If the weather conditions on the day of the lesson are poor and I deem it unsuitable or unsafe to conduct a lesson or alternatively you don't feel comfortable playing, then we can discuss this and decide the best course of action. If the lesson is cancelled mutually or by myself you will not be charged. My cancellation policy is sent through on the online booking page after the lesson has been booked.

For the 6 lesson offer, do I have to use all the lessons within a specified time period?No there is no specified time period in which you must complete your 6 lessons, but where possible please try to use all lessons within a year.

Can I buy a lesson voucher as a gift for someone?Yes vouchers can be made as gifts for someone else at no extra cost. All vouchers can be personalised for a specific amount of lessons/money and can have a gift message added to them. To enquire use the contact form on the website.

Can I have a joint lesson?Yes I can facilitate a joint lesson. I charge an additional £5 per 30 minutes. For example, for an adult lesson it would cost £30 for a pair and for a junior lesson it would cost £19 for a pair. Please contact me if you would like information on lessons involving more than 1 person.

How do I book a lesson?The easiest way to book would be through the 'Book Online' buttton on the top right corner of this page. This will direct you through to my booking site where once you have booked you will recieve a booking email, a reminder email before your lesson and it can be added to your own calander. If you are unable to use this method please email me at cdagolfcoaching@gmail.com.

How do I pay for my lesson?I accept bacs, cash and card payments. You can pay by cash or card on the day. The preferred method would be via card payment when booking on my online system. If you require my bank details to pay by BACS please email me.
